STUDENT DAILY HEALTH SELF-SCREENING
To access the COVID daily health self-screening for students, use the same login credentials that are used for Google Suite and Classlink. This is the 9-digit student ID number @whufsd.com (ex. 123456789@whufsd.com) and the password that is used to access Google Suite and Classlink. If you forgot your password, do not click “forgot my password.” Instead, contact your child's building to retrieve your password.
The daily health self-screening must be completed for each child on their own student account. If you have more than one child, you will need to sign out of Power Apps and sign in with the next student's login credentials. Click here for instructions on signing out of the app.

Make sure you are logged out of Office 365. Login as guestcovid@whufsd.com and enter 'ss' for the password.

DAILY HEALTH SELF-SCREENING:
The West Hempstead UFSD has released a new self-screening app to make it easy for employees, students and visitors to complete their required daily health screening assessments at home prior to traveling to the building.
The app will ask you which building you will be entering followed by three questions regarding COVID-19. If you do not have COVID symptoms, have not had a recent exposure to someone diagnosed with the virus, and have not recently travel to a state subject to quarantine, you will get a green screen.
The app can be downloaded for iOS and Andriod devices by searching for "Power Apps" or by visiting the links below from your mobile device.
