The West Hempstead School District is proud to announce that West Hempstead Secondary School senior Sara Dos Santos will attend the prestigious Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education program in New York City.
This program is a rigorous, accelerated track and acceptance rates are similar to Ivy League schools. Dos Santos will earn a Bachelor of Science/Doctor of Medicine degree over the next seven years. In addition to studying medicine, she will play for City College of New York’s women’s soccer team.
The district would like to congratulate Dos Santos on this achievement and wishes her the best of luck at Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education program in New York City.
