Please fill out the form to the best of your ability. Please note that tutoring is for students in grades 7-12. Tutoring will be 1 session a week for 1 hour at the West Hempstead Public Library or Lakeview Library.  The first 5 sessions are free, after the tutor is to be paid $15 for the hour.  Please be aware space is limited and tutors will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. Tutoring is set to begin on or about mid-October.
