These fifth-grade scientists have begun their new unit, Ecosystem Restoration! They will be working as ecologists, which are scientists that study ecosystems. In order to do this properly, they needed to create their own ecosystems to observe in the classroom. We cannot wait to see what flourishes in our small-scale ecosystems in the next few weeks!
