Information on New School Meal Requirements
The Healthy Hunger Free Kids Act of 2010 brings dramatic changes to the lunches we now serve in our cafeterias. Students will be required to take portions of diverse fresh fruits and vegetables, consume more whole grain breads, see smaller portions of some of the foods children find most appealing, and will experience a dramatic shift in menu planning.
